FAQs
What kinds of medical conditions do you work with?
We work with many types of medical conditions, but our bread and butter is chronic pain (and/or chronic migraines), sleep disorders, eating concerns, and autoimmune disorders.
How will health psychology help me?
A skilled health psychologist knows how to get to the root of what may be making your symptoms worse (or even generating symptoms entirely) AND help you make changes to see improvement. While we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, people often notice less symptoms and symptom flares, reductions in chronic pain, or better sleep after working with us.
What types of treatment modalities do you use?
While we lean heavily on cognitive behavioral therapy and emotion-focused interventions, treatment is always tailored to the client and their needs. You can trust that we will only provide treatments that have been well-researched and are science-backed. Common treatments include:
Pain reprocessing therapy

Do you treat people without medical conditions?
Yes. While health psychology is our specialty, we also recognize the importance of providing good psychological care for mental health conditions that occur independently of medical diagnoses.
